Return Policy

We always aim to deliver the best quality products to our customers.

If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns are only accepted if:

The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

You received a wrong item.

The product is unused and in its original packaging.

📦 During return, the item must be in the same condition as received.

Return shipping cost will only be covered by us if the fault is from our side.

Refund policy

If the returned product is approved after inspection:

A replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

📌 Note:

Refunds are not applicable for change of mind or personal preference.

Used or damaged products will not be accepted for return.

How to Request a Return

Send your Order ID and pictures of the issue via WhatsApp or Email.

Our team will verify your claim within 24 hours.

Once approved, a courier pick-up or replacement dispatch will be arranged.
